How are these different from other portion control products out there?

These pieces were designed specifically to monitor portions discreetly. The frosted lines on each piece which indicate portions are subtle and elegant looking. You can set your table with them and enjoy eating alongside your guests

How do your products work with national health organizations' guidelines for wellness?

Following USDA & AHA recommendations for healthy food and drink portions is a breeze. Our products are enjoyed by thousands of happy customers including dietitians & other wellness professionals nationwide.

Are products safe for the dishwasher and microwave?

Yes, all of our glassware is safe to use in your dishwasher and microwave. Our products are restaurant quality, made of annealed glass which creates a more stable structure. (The plastic Snack-Trax lid is not microwave-safe.)

Where are they manufactured?

Our products are made by the largest manufacturer of glassware in North America. Glasses and bowls are made in USA, plates are made in Mexico.

How do I order online?

Simply click the Add to Cart button found at each product location and your item count will appear in your cart at the top of the screen. You may continue to add items to your basket until your order is complete. Click Shopping Cart icon from any page on the site. Click the Checkout button when ready (items can still be changed during checkout). Enter shipping and billing address (billing address must match credit card statement address). Select Next button to enter shipping preferences; get quotes for UPS (domestic) and USPS (priority/express only). Select Next button to Review Order and add gift note in Customer Notes section if applicable. Click Next button to Confirm Order. Review details and click Place Your Order button to process.

How do I order by phone?

Can I find Wine-Trax products near me?

Wine-Trax operates as an online retailer, with product shipping from our warehouse in Springfield, Oregon. We now have several relationships with quality retailers and institutions in the healthcare/ wellness, grocery, wine and hospitality industries. Order Status

How will my order be shipped?

For domestic orders, we offer UPS and USPS (priority and express only). International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). 

How do I check my order status?

You can check your order status online to see when your glassware was shipped and link to tracking information if applicable. “Order Status” is located at the top of the screen, near the shopping cart icon. Payment Methods

What are your accepted payment methods?

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are exactly correct to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

No way! The state of Oregon is exempt from sales tax.

Gift Orders

Can I send my order as a gift?

Absolutely! To send your order as a gift, just enter the recipients address as the Ship-To address. During checkout, go to Review Order page, then enter a gift message in Customer Notes box. Your message will appear on the packing slip. For U.S. shipments, we will remove prices of the products, so you can rest easy that the recipient will not know how much you spent. (Please note that we are required by law to include prices on a commercial invoice for all deliveries outside of the U.S. - keep this in mind when sending gifts internationally) Our shipments do come with our name on them, so remember that in case you're planning a surprise.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

I’m sorry we do not gift wrap. But as above, you can include a special Gift Message on the packing slip!

International Orders

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. We ship to USA Protectorates and Canada. Please be aware of additional cost to ship outside the US due to Canada tax and fluctuating fuel surcharges. See Shipping Policy section, for more details.

Wholesale & Custom Orders

Do you accept wholesale orders?

We are happy to offer wholesale pricing on orders, provided you have a resale certificate and can meet the minimum quantity requirements. Please contact Gail at or call 541-505-9454 to find out how.

Can I order a custom glass shape with Wine-Trax portion lines? Or can I add our logo?

Of course! We can process custom orders for different glass shapes, or with logo artwork added (although I would caution about using logos that would obscure measurement lines). The minimum quantity is 48 dozen with a 6-week lead time once original artwork/prototype has been approved. Please contact Gail at or call 541-505-9454 to find out how.

When will my order be shipped?

Most shipments leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of placing your order. You will also need to consider the transit time for the shipping method you chose. All shipping times quoted are business weekdays (Monday through Friday).

Shipping Charges

How much is shipping?

Cost to ship depends on item(s) ordered, carrier, weight and ship-to location. You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items to the shipping cart and entering your zip code in the Shipping Estimator on the cart page. You can also get shipping cost during checkout (but will need to fill out shipping address first in order to view the options and cost).

Expedited Shipping

How does expedited shipping work?

Shipping 2nd-day or Next-day is available for domestic orders only. Orders must be placed by 1:00 pm Pacific Time Monday-Thursday to receive expedited delivery in the timeframe specified. Expedited delivery orders received after 1:00 pm Pacific Time normally ship the next business day. Rarely, orders may require verification of billing/shipping information, which could possibly cause delays

Returns, Changes & Cancellations


What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of placing your original order. If the product is damaged in shipping or defective, we will refund the full cost, including shipping. If you simply changed your mind or want to exchange product, we will refund the product price, less shipping. Simply call 541-505-9454 or email and we will make it right!

What do I need to do? What happens next?

  • We will accept photographic evidence of damaged/defective glassware to avoid the hassle of returns. Please document condition of the outer package as well. Once we receive satisfactory evidence, we will either (a) replace your items at no charge, or (b) provide a full refund. Replacement product will be shipped same method as original order.
  • If you ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and condition. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I make changes to my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we are able to make a change or cancel it. Please call us at 541-505-9454 as soon as possible to make your change. If it is outside of our business hours and has not yet shipped, please send us an email with your request and we will contact you when we return to the office to revise your order.

Can I exchange my order for something different?

At this time, we do not process even exchanges. If you prefer an item other than the one you ordered, please return the original item for credit (minus the cost of shipping) and place a new order for the preferred item. Item must be returned within 30 days in original condition and packaging.
